My Orders
What should I expect after placing an order?
Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. After your payment has been confirmed, your piece will be then carefully prepared for shipping. In a subsequent email you will receive the relevant shipping information with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your package. We dispatch orders within 1 business day.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.Please take into account that we prepare our orders for shipment within 1 business day.
Are your pieces ready-to-gift? Can you include personalized gift notes?
All our jewelry pieces come in gift-ready boxes. They also include an information card on the stone and on caring for your piece (available languages for the information card are English, French and Spanish).
Specimens (hearts, cabochons, palm stones, tubes, etc.) come in beautiful pouches. If you would like to request a personalized gift note to be included with your order, please use the "Add a note" section in the cart page.
Shipping and Returns
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will received shipment notification email that includes a tracking number.
Will I be charged customs import duties or taxes?
International shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs taxes and duties. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What if i need one of your pieces in a rush?
Please contact us if you need a piece delivered faster than the available options displayed on the site. We may be able to arrange a faster shipping option.
How do I return a piece?
We want you to be happy with your order, but if by any reason you changed your mind, you may return your items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please contact us immediately to provide you with the return instructions.
We will accept items that have not been worn or damaged in anyway. Gift boxes and info cards should also be returned in like-new conditions.
If you incurred in shipping charges, these fees will not be refunded and return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless you have received a defective item.
We won’t be held responsible for lost packages, so we highly recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number.Direct exchanges are not available at the moment; however, you have the option of returning an item, and then purchasing another piece.

Materials and commitments
Where do you get your Larimar stones?
All our Larimar is locally sourced and handpicked in the Dominican Republic, the only place in the world where Larimar is found. Our stones are procured in the communities that depend almost entirely on its extraction, and we buy directly to small-scale Larimar stone providers without intermediaries.
Are your Larimar stones treated?
Our beautiful Larimar stones are completely natural and untreated. The practice of enhancing Larimar does not exist in the Dominican Republic, and we are happy to maintain the integrity of this beautiful gem by offering it in its pure, untreated form.
What type of silver do you use?
Our jewelry pieces are handcrafted using solid Sterling silver (925), Argentium silver (935) or a combination of both.
How are your pieces packaged?
In line with our commitment to minimizing our environmental impact, we use packaging materials that are respectful of the environment, they are either plastic-free, recycled, biodegradable or recyclable.
